Established in 1978, Chas Stewart Plumbing & Heating Engineers is a well-established plumbing and heating engineers with our Head Office located in central Perth. Our engineers operate throughout Scotland, working with residential and commercial properties, public sector contracts, housing associations, commercial agents and landlords on repairs and maintenance work, servicing, installations and refurbishment and new build projects.
We undertake all areas of plumbing and heating engineering work including:
- general leaks and repairs (both property internal and external)
- replacement and fitting of new guttering
- supply and installation of new boilers and central heating systems (both domestic and commercial)
- boiler servicing and repairs (both domestic and commercial)
- powerflushing of central heating systems
- supply, installation and repairs to gas fires, hobs and appliances
- landlords gas safety certificates
- design and installation of new bathrooms (including level access showering facilities)
- bathroom refurbishments
- design and installation of level access shower rooms and disabled bathrooms
- design and installation of pipework for new build properties
- servicing and repairs of commercial catering equipment
- gas supplies to caravans, static carvans and motor homes
- annual gas safety checks for carvans, static carvans and motor homes
- installation, repairs and servicing of solar thermal and air source heating systems
We are also extensively experienced in the project management of residential and commercial projects where we deliver an end-to-end service that includes the provision and management of multi-trade teams.
We are qualified and experienced working with Gas, Oil, LPG, Solar Thermal, Air Source, Commercial Boilers and also commercial catering equipment.
We are registered with the following industry associations and professional bodies – Gas Safe Register, OFTEC, Constructionline, NIC EIC, SEPA, Quality Management Scotland, the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland and the Living Wage Foundation.
We are Worcester Bosch Accredited Installers and Worcester Bosch Partners and also members of the Perthshire Better Business Partnership.
