St Johnstone Business Club Membership Terms and Conditions
1. Introduction
Welcome to the St Johnstone Business Club. By becoming a member, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms form a binding agreement between you and St Johnstone Football Club, governing your membership and the use of associated benefits.
2. Membership
2.1 Eligibility
Membership is open to businesses and individuals who meet the criteria set by St Johnstone Football Club. The club reserves the right to reject or approve membership applications at its discretion.
2.2 Membership Categories
The club offers various membership categories, each with its own set of benefits. Membership details, including categories and associated fees, are outlined on our membership page.
3. Membership Fees
3.1 Payment
Membership fees are payable in advance for the term specified at the time of joining. Fees are non-refundable and subject to change at the discretion of St Johnstone Football Club.
3.2 Renewal
Memberships are automatically renewed at the end of each term unless cancelled by the member. Renewal fees will be billed according to the current rates.
4. Benefits
4.1 Access
Members are entitled to benefits as outlined in their membership category, including priority access to tickets, events, and promotional opportunities. Benefits are subject to availability and may be altered or withdrawn by the club.
4.2 Usage
Benefits are non-transferable and are intended for the use of the named member and their designated representatives only.
5. Code of Conduct
5.1 Behaviour
Members are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all club events and interactions. Any behaviour deemed inappropriate by the club may result in suspension or termination of membership.
5.2 Compliance
Members must comply with all relevant laws, regulations, and club policies. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.
6. Termination and Cancellation
6.1 Termination by the Club
St Johnstone Football Club reserves the right to terminate membership at its discretion, with or without cause, and without refund of any fees. Termination may occur if the member breaches these terms and conditions or engages in conduct detrimental to the club.
6.2 Cancellation by Member
Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice to the club. Cancellation requests should be sent to jamescowell@perthsaints.co.uk. Fees for the current term are non-refundable.
7. Liability
7.1 Limitation of Liability
St Johnstone Football Club will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with membership. Our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7.2 Indemnity
Members agree to indemnify and hold harmless St Johnstone Football Club and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their membership or use of benefits.
8. Data Protection
8.1 Personal Information
The club will collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Members consent to the collection, storage, and use of their personal data for membership purposes.
8.2 Communication
Members may receive communications related to their membership, including event notifications and updates. Members can opt out of marketing communications by following the instructions provided.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
St Johnstone Football Club reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified of significant changes, and continued membership constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
